Precision Landworks is a new business built from years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for land work, excavation, and property improvement.
Owner Jared Cook has served full-time in the fire service since 2005, building a career around hard work, reliability, and attention to detail. Over the years, what started as an interest in dirt work and heavy equipment steadily turned into something more, leading to the launch of Precision Landworks.
A lot of site work can look good the day it’s finished. The real test is how it holds up after a Vermont winter, heavy rain, and a full season of settling. That comes down to understanding drainage, grading, and how the land actually works over time.
That’s where we focus our attention. Every project gets the time and care it needs to be done right the first time, with an emphasis on long-term results, clear communication, and quality work people can rely on.
